Please note the that a positive notification of an aptitude assessment procedure (EFV) must be submitted when registering at LMU for the following degree programs:
- English as part of the teacher education degree program ("Lehramt") at for teaching at Gymnasium, Realschule, Mittelschule, Grundschule or berufliche Schule (offered in cooperation with TU Munich).
- English as a major subject in the Bachelor's degree program "Anglistik",
This also applies to applicants who have already studied English language and literature at another university in Germany or abroad.
Please also note that German language competences are required for all these programms.
